Here are four apps you can install right away on your Android phone or tablet.
1) OurHome
What if doing chores was as fun as playing a game? Well, OurHome tries to make that happen. Create a list of tasks, assign point values to each one, and watch as your kids, significant other, or roommate go about getting the work done.
And no, they won’t do this just to get the highest score. They’re after the rewards that you create. Want a new video game? 200 points. Want to host another sleepover? 150. Sure, you could call this bribery. Depending on your circumstances, you might also call it effective.
We started with the idea of creating something easy for parents and kids to work together to get chores done around the house. ChoreMonster was the tool that connected family and technology in a way that was easy: create a digital chore chart, monitor progress, reward completion. Discover the top 100 best chore charts apps for ios free and paid. Top ios apps for chore charts in AppCrawlr! OurHome isn’t just a chore manager. You can also use the app to create a shopping list that syncs across devices. With the ability to like or comment on anything someone does, the experience may even feel like a tiny social network. This is enhanced by the ability to send any member of the household a private message.

2) ChoreMonster [No Longer Available]
ChoreMonster uses a “bribery” system similar to OurHome, but it’s aimed specifically at little kids. Not only is the interface adorable in general, but the app doesn’t just stick to user-created rewards to entice youngsters to clean their rooms. It also doles out collectible monsters. If Pokemon and Digimon taught us anything, it’s that kids love hoarding monsters.
The app lets you assign some chores to repeat daily, such as getting dressed for school and packing lunch. Others, like picking up all of the toys, can be once a week. Doctor’s visits could have a specific due date. With everything in one place, your kids know exactly where to go to see precisely what needs to get done, and when.

- The family can get organized at MyJobChart, ChoreBuster and FamilyChores. Places that connect allowance to household duties include Famzoo, iAllowance, allowance manager, Tykoon, GetPiggyBank.
- Chore Chart Apps For Kids. (free), kids can earn rewards in real life and on the app. As tasks are completed, points and tickets are earned — points go toward rewards, while tickets are used.
3) Clean House
So you’re sold on the idea of using an app to organize your chores, but you could do without the gimmicks. In that case, try out Clean House. There are no points here. There aren’t any rewards. You simple create a list of chores and set how often they repeat. A notification will appear when it’s time to get stuff done.
Note that Clean House doesn’t sync across multiple devices. This is a tool for keeping you in check. If more than one person intends to use the app, you each will need to keep your own list. Can you trust them with that responsibility? If not, well, scroll back up and select from the options above.

4) Chores List
If you’re looking for something that helps you stay on task, but you’re looking for more features than Clean House has to offer, consider Chores List. The interface is a bit outdated at this point, but the functionality remains pretty thorough. You can create multiple lists, organize tasks into groups, and track how far along you are in completing each task.
The app also comes pre-loaded with over 150 housekeeping tasks, which can save you the effort of even having to think of all the things that need to get done. Just dive in and get to work.
The interface scales up and down to adapt to both phones and tablets. The free version is ad-supported, but you can get rid of those by going pro for $1.99. And if you want dedicated lists for going on vacation, taking a camping trip, or just heading to the grocery store, well, developer Jimbl has plenty of options for you.

HomeMobileAndroid7 Family Apps For Android and iOS to Manage Your Family Better
Managing your family and taking care of everyone’s need can get a little hectic. You need to ensure your family is safe, their basic needs are being fulfilled, they are taking care of their chores in time and a healthy relation is maintained among all family members. All of this can be a little overwhelming and sometimes even impossible to do without any help. Thus, if you are having a hard time managing your family, then it might be a good idea to get some help from family management apps.
There are various family apps available that will make sure your family is safe while taking care of their things and staying in sync. To help you manage your family, we are going to list down 7 apps that you can use on your smartphone to manage your family:
1. Cozi Family Organizer
Cozi is an all in one family organizer that keeps your family’s activities in sync and allows them to complete tasks remotely. It has a family calendar that your whole family can fill and sync appointments. You can see schedules of all your family members, assign appointments, add reminders (perfect for family meetings) and create appointments for the whole family. On top of a synced calendar, family members can create To-Do lists for themselves and others as well, and a To-Do reminder ensures everyone remembers to take care of their tasks.
Shopping is another big conflict where someone always adds a late item for which you need to go to the grocery store again. With Cozi’s family shopping list, anyone in the family can add items. Plus, one can simply cross the item from the list to tell everyone that the item has been bought.
Cozi’s free version is ad supported, but you can upgrade to premium version ($19.99/year) via an in-app purchase to remove ads and get address book syncing, birthday tracking and the ability to customize app’s look.
Install:Android, iOS, Windows Phone, Web
2. OurHome
If To-Do lists offered by Cozi aren’t enough to keep your family motivated and working on the tasks at hand, then OurHome should be able to handle it. OurHome comes with a reward based system where individuals can be rewarded for tasks completed, perfect for motivating children to complete their chores. You can fix points for completing specific tasks, and once enough points are earned, they can be exchange for a reward. The reward is set by you and it could be anything that interests your family, it could be money, a trip or just a visit to the near ice cream shop. Although the app works best for motivating children, I am sure it will work fine with adults as well (if you play your cards right).
This little bribery feature is complimented by the ability to “Like” and comment on the activity or even send a personal message. Furthermore, it also comes with a shared shopping list feature that lets anyone add items to the shopping list and check the ones that are already bought.
Best of all, this app is completely free to use and doesn’t includes any ads as well.
Install:Android, iOS, Web

Other family members can also add text, voice and video based comments to spice things up.
Every family member has a separate timeline where all of their memories are saved and can be seen by any other family member or the person you share with. This allows anyone to learn more about how things are going in another family member’s life and keep in touch with latest updates. Keepy can be the perfect app for families that live apart and want to make sure they all stay connected and updated.
Keepy has a free version without any ads, but it only allows you to upload 5 photos and videos per month. You can opt for a $2.99/month or $9.99/year subscription to get unlimited photos and videos uploads.
It forced us: • To ask better answer questions about the product earlier, because we couldn’t hide behind the vagueness of words. Gliffy for mac app development. • To get more specific when asking and answering questions because the broad strokes were documented in the visual.
